If you want to return or exchange one or more products purchased from www.hathajewels.com and the product(s) is intact, please follow the steps below:

1. Write an e-mail to write@hathajewels.com  within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the products.
2. Fill in the Return Form indicating the product reference, description, quantity and code corresponding to the reason for return.
3. Pack the products in the original packaging and be sure to add the completed Return Form to the package.
4. Write an e-mail to Customer Service at write@hathajewels.com, from Monday to Friday, to agree on the times and days available for shipping by your trusted courier.

A confirmation e-mail will inform you of receipt of the form and of taking charge of your return request.

In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to HathaJewels in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
